Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with BoyleSports (UK) Limited when you access or use the Boyle Sports pages, products and services made available via the website boylesportz.com (the "Site"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing any bets.

By opening an account, using the Site, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise interacting with Boyle Sports on boylesportz.com, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

Effective date: 1 January 2026 (last substantive review completed 6 November 2025).

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether the words are used in singular or plural form.

  • "Operator" means BoyleSports (UK) Limited, a private limited company licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the UK Gambling Commission under licence number 39469 for remote casino and general betting (real events). For British residents, the Operator is responsible for the Boyle Sports products offered via boylesportz.com.
  • "Site" means the online betting and gaming website available at https://boylesportz.com, including all sub-pages relating to Boyle Sports, together with any mobile or tablet versions, apps and related digital channels operated by the Operator for UK customers.
  • "User" or "you" means any natural person who accesses the Site, opens an account or uses any of the betting, gaming or related services provided on boylesportz.com for personal entertainment and not for commercial purposes.
  • "Account" means the personal online betting and gaming account registered in your name with the Operator in relation to Boyle Sports on boylesportz.com.
  • "Player" means a User with an active Account who places Bets, participates in games or uses any real-money features on the Site.
  • "Bet" means any stake, wager or risk of value placed by you with the Operator via the Site on the outcome of a sporting, virtual, casino or other event offered by Boyle Sports, including any combination or system bets.

  • "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales when banks are generally open for business.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Age requirement: You may only open an Account and use Boyle Sports services on boylesportz.com if you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. It is a criminal offence in Great Britain for anyone under the age of 18 to gamble, and for anyone to invite or permit a person under 18 to gamble.

  • Email and phone verification: The Operator may use email, SMS or other verification methods to confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the contact details supplied. Your Account may remain restricted until verification has been successfully completed.

The Operator will review such documents in line with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws, and may conduct additional checks using independent databases and third-party providers.
  • Single account: You may hold only one Account with Boyle Sports on boylesportz.com for personal use. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened in another person's name, or accounts created using false information may be closed, and any Bets and Bonuses may be voided where permitted by law and the LCCP.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of information: You must keep your registration information accurate and promptly update it via the Site or by contacting customer support if your details change. The Operator may suspend your Account if it reasonably believes that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Username and password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other security credentials. You must not share them with any third party, allow any third party to use your Account, or access the Site on behalf of anyone else.
  • Unauthorised use: You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account unless you have notified the Operator without undue delay of suspected misuse, and the Operator has had a reasonable opportunity to secure or suspend the Account.   • Responsible gambling tools: During registration and at any time thereafter, you are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, reality checks or other safer gambling tools made available on boylesportz.com, and to consider Self-Exclusion if you believe you may be at risk of gambling-related harm.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Participating in Games

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed to have been placed when it appears in your betting history on the Site and is accepted by the Operator's servers. Displayed odds and markets are invitations to treat and may be changed, suspended or removed before acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing your Bet slip before confirming.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market, Game or product may have specific minimum and maximum stakes. These limits will normally be displayed on the Site or within the Game interface. The Operator may also impose individual staking limits on your Account for risk management, regulatory or safer gambling reasons.
  • Bet types: The Site may offer single, multiple, system, in-play, cash out, virtual sports, casino and live casino bets, subject to availability and regulatory permissions. Modification, Suspension and Cancellation of Bets

  • Pre-confirmation changes: You may modify or cancel your Bet before clicking to confirm it, subject to the Site's functionality. Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Operator, it cannot usually be cancelled or changed by you.
  • Operator corrections: The Operator reserves the right to correct obvious errors (for example, clearly incorrect prices, wrong team listed as favourite, or transposed odds) in accordance with its published betting rules. Where practicable, the Bet will be settled at the correct odds or, if that is not reasonably possible, voided and stakes returned.
  • Void bets: A Bet may be declared void in whole or in part if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned or materially affected, or if there is evidence of technical error, malfunction, fraud, collusion, match-fixing or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, the Operator will normally return the affected stake(s) to your Account.
  • Cash out: Cash out functionality, where offered, is provided at the Operator's discretion and may be withdrawn or restricted at any time. Cash out requests are not guaranteed to be successful and are only valid when accepted and confirmed by the Operator's systems.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Interactions

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, chat functions, customer support channels or any interactive features on boylesportz.com, you must behave respectfully and must not use language or content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not engage in cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of bugs or game defects, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage. The Operator may void Bets, confiscate funds where permitted by law, restrict or close Accounts and report suspicious activity to regulators or law enforcement.
  • Responsible play: You must not attempt to evade self-exclusion, deposit limits or other safer gambling tools by creating multiple accounts or using false data. The Operator may take all reasonable steps to detect and prevent such behaviour, including use of the national self-exclusion register (currently GAMSTOP) where applicable.

Bonus Terms

Activation and Eligibility

  • Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses to Users of Boyle Sports on boylesportz.com, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins or loyalty rewards. Each promotion will be subject to these general Terms and any specific promotional terms described in the offer.
  • Eligibility criteria: Bonuses may be restricted to certain customers (for example, new customers only, residents of specific regions, or Users who have not previously claimed a similar offer). The Operator may decline to award or may withdraw a Bonus if it reasonably believes that you do not meet the eligibility criteria or that the offer is being abused.
  • Bonus activation: Some Bonuses are credited automatically when you meet the qualifying criteria; others require you to opt-in, enter a promo code, or select the Bonus on the deposit page. You are responsible for checking that a Bonus has been correctly credited before commencing Wagering.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Wagering requirement: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, "x20", "x30", etc.) on qualifying Bets or Games before they become withdrawable cash. Different products may contribute differently towards the wagering requirement, and some may not contribute at all.
  • Qualifying play: The promotional terms will specify which Games or markets count towards wagering, and at what percentage. Typically, most slots may contribute 100%, while some table games or low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely.
  • Time limits: Bonuses and free bets are subject to expiry periods (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) from the time of crediting unless the promotion states otherwise. If you do not meet the wagering requirements within the applicable timeframe, any remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • Maximum stake limits: To prevent abuse and ensure fair play, the Operator may impose a maximum allowable stake per Bet or Game round while wagering a Bonus. Prohibited Actions and Combining Promotions

  • Prohibited betting patterns: The use of strategies that materially reduce risk or guarantee profit from a Bonus (for example, backing both outcomes of the same event, low-risk hedge betting or placing equal and opposite bets with another operator) is prohibited. The Operator may withhold or reclaim Bonuses and associated winnings if such patterns are reasonably detected.
  • Multiple promotions: Unless expressly permitted, you may not combine multiple welcome offers or similar first-deposit Bonuses.   • Bonus misuse: The Operator may withhold, cancel or reclaim a Bonus, and may close or restrict an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect Bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or where required by law or regulation. Any such actions will be taken in a fair and proportionate manner.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods, Limits and Fees

  • Available methods: For UK customers, deposits may typically be made using debit cards, certain e-wallets, bank transfers and other locally supported payment services as listed on the Site. In line with UK Gambling Commission rules, credit card payments (including via e-wallets that derive funds from credit cards) are not permitted for gambling transactions.
  • Crypto-assets: Although references to payment methods may include crypto-assets in a general industry context, the Operator does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals for UK customers under its UK Gambling Commission licence 39469. If this position changes, the Site will clearly explain the applicable conditions and regulatory safeguards.

Refunds of Bets, Deposits and Bonuses

  • Bet refunds: Where a Bet is voided in accordance with these Terms or relevant product rules (for example, due to event cancellation or technical error), your original stake will ordinarily be returned to your Account. Partial voids may result in recalculated winnings based on updated odds or reduced lines.
  • Deposit refunds: Refunds of deposits can only be made to the original payment method used, where technically feasible and subject to anti-money laundering rules. The Operator is not obliged to refund deposits that have already been used for genuine gambling activity, but may consider reasonable requests on a discretionary basis.
  • Bonus refunds: Bonuses are promotional and have no cash value unless and until wagering and other conditions are met. Limitation of Liability

Operator Responsibilities

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator is committed to providing a fair and transparent betting and gaming environment on Boyle Sports via boylesportz.com. Games are operated in accordance with applicable technical standards, and betting markets are settled using reliable information sources. Where external suppliers provide products (for example, casino game providers), the Operator will take reasonable steps to ensure that they are appropriately licensed and certified.

Exclusions and Limits of Liability

The Operator is not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions, provided it has acted with reasonable skill and care and has taken appropriate steps to safeguard data and transactions.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if the possibility of such loss has been notified.
  • Maximum liability: Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights and to any specific settlement obligations under the LCCP, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to a particular Bet, Game or transaction shall not exceed the higher of (a) the amount staked by you on that Bet or Game, and (b) your net winnings from that Bet or Game (if any). For other claims, the Operator's total liability shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • No exclusion of mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law in the United Kingdom.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict your ability to place Bets or participate in Games, and/or withhold funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms or product-specific rules; (b) you are under 18 or have provided false or misleading information; (c) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, match fixing or other criminal or improper conduct; (d) you have self-excluded via GAMSTOP or site-specific tools; or (e) such action is required to comply with law, regulation or directions of the UK Gambling Commission or other competent authority.

Effect of Termination and Treatment of Funds

  • Outstanding obligations: Termination or suspension of your Account will not affect any obligations that have already accrued, including your responsibility for any unsettled Bets placed before termination takes effect.
  • Refund of funds: On closure of your Account (whether by you or the Operator), the Operator will, subject to any rights of set-off or withholding available under these Terms, applicable law or regulatory requirements, return any remaining real-money balance to you using an appropriate payment method. Funds may be withheld in whole or in part if required for ongoing investigations or as required by law.
  • Bonus balances: Upon termination, any unused or uncleared Bonuses, free bets or loyalty points may be forfeited, unless otherwise required by law or by the specific terms of a promotion.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Primary law: For Users located in the United Kingdom who access Boyle Sports services via boylesportz.com under the Operator's UK Gambling Commission licence 39469, these Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your place of residence within the UK.
  • Other jurisdictions: If you are using the Site from outside the UK under a different licence (for example, Gibraltar licences RGL 083 and 084), alternative governing law and jurisdiction provisions may apply as stated in the relevant local terms and conditions.
